***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this is a home located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles to access the home, specially in winter season and during rough weather conditions. Rest assured neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. House Rules -No parties or events are permitted -No smoking of any kind is allowed onsite -No illegal substances are allowed on the premises -No pets are allowed unless they are ADA-certified service animals without express permission -No unregistered guests are allowed -Please do not eat in the bedrooms -Please respect check-in and check out times -Please do not rearrange the furniture -For your convenience due to the mountain wildlife and tight trash pickup schedule, a team member will take out the trash barrels from the garage on Monday morning by 7 am and return them back into the garage later that afternoon. If you prefer to take out the barrels yourself (they must be taken out on Monday morning no later than 7 am to avoid attracting wildlife such as bears) please let us know 24 hours in advance

we had a lovely day. Our host provided all the instructions needed for check-in and checkout. There were even a few unexpected surprises, like the game room downstairs. Beautiful view of the mountains and if you’re looking for a trip to get away, this is the spot. We were lucky enough to drive in the day it snowed and added a little beauty to the scenery. Definitely recommend all wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sofia's house in Bailey, CO! This quiet mountain home was exactly what we wanted and needed for our mountain getaway. Sofia was a great host amd we would gladly stay here again!

Our stay was great. My wife and two kids (4&6) enjoyed the house and found it perfect for our needs. I don’t have one bad thing to say and would book again without hesitation. It’s a quiet and peaceful location. Star gazing was amazing from the patio! We went hiking nearby and found there to be plenty of exploring to do as a family. There are so many places to visit within a short drive, which was one of the best parts of staying here.

Thank you Sofia for letting us stay for the weekend. My fiancé and I felt right at home and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and the views were so beautiful. This is a perfect place to disconnect and get away. We were 1.5 hours away from Breckenridge the views getting there were breathtaking. The hot tube was great. The national parks were so peaceful and worth your time if you decide to take a hike. Local restaurants and coffee shops were divine. Everyone in town was so warm and welcoming. I will definitely stay again. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb.
